The apartment was right on the beach with a beautiful view. The owner was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well and the studio had all the necessary equipment.

The free air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent additions, along with the mosquito net curtains and shutters. The nearby restaurants had friendly staff and delicious food at reasonable prices. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite the positives, there were a few drawbacks. The room was on the smaller side, and the balcony/terrace was tiny with no space to hang things to dry.

We had the perfect getaway at these lovely apartments right by the beach. the owner, Dimitris, was extremely warm and hospitable, always ready to help whenever we needed. the location was ideal, just a few meters from the sea with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Natasha, the owner's daughter, was incredibly accommodating, even arranging to collect us from the airport. We cannot recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Dimitris was a fantastic host, making us feel comfortable and helping us with everything we needed. Although the location was a bit far from Kos centre, it allowed us to explore the neighboring areas more. Renting a motorbike was a great recommendation. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Annoula Studios and Apartments to others.
